Welcome letter

Dear Distinguished Parents,

Welcome to beU Montessori Preschool, where every child is respected and encouraged to grow with confidence, independence, and a natural love of learning.

With the Montessori philosophy, beU places children at the heart of the learning journey – nurturing their intellect, emotions, social skills, resilience, and spirit of discovery. Through rich experiences in arts, science, nature, and culture, children broaden their perspectives, spark curiosity, and learn to apply knowledge in everyday life. At the same time, beU emphasizes fostering the spirit of a Global Citizen: love, respect, sharing, and responsibility within the community. With a dedicated team of teachers and the close partnership of families, beU is committed to building a warm learning community where every child is understood, valued, and encouraged to reach their fullest potential.

We sincerely thank you for trusting beU Montessori Preschool during these formative years. We look forward to accompanying you in creating a joyful and meaningful learning journey for your child.

Sincerely,

02   Introduction about beU

beU - Là Em

Founded in 2021, beU Education was born from a strong aspiration to create an innovative and creative learning environment—one that equips children with essential knowledge and skills of the modern era, nurturing them to become future Global Citizens.

Over the past four years, beU has successfully brought meaningful learning experiences to primary school students through a variety of programs such as day-boarding services, summer camps, clubs, and experiential field trips. beU has also introduced forward-thinking subjects including Cambridge English, STEAM Clubs, Scratch Coding,  and Robotics, while at the same time focusing on children’s emotional and social development, life skills, and 21st-century competencies such as digital safety and critical thinking.

Building on this success, in 2025, beU Preschool was established to continue the educational journey, carrying forward the core mission that defines beU: to respect, nurture, and unlock the unique potential of every child. beU Preschool embraces the philosophy that every child is a unique individual,  deserving love, connection, and respect. The name “beU” – “Là Em” – is an affirmation that children have the right to live true to their essence, to freely express themselves, and to grow up in happiness.

03   Philosophy & Educational Approach

Philosophy & Educational Approach

At beU, we believe that every child is born with infinite potential. Education is about unlocking, so that each child can grow in harmony with their own natural rhythm.

We embrace the Montessori method – a globally recognized educational approach – as our guiding philosophy. Montessori respects individuality, fosters independence, nurtures a natural love of learning, while cultivating creative thinking and the ability to self-manage.

The learning environment at beU is designed as an open, refined, and warm space: where children can connect with nature, with friends, and with themselves. Teachers act as companions and observers, gently guiding children to discover answers for themselves rather than imposing ready-made patterns.

Our philosophy is simple yet profound: respect – connection – sustainability. So that children can truly be themselves, feel happy, and grow within a caring, civilized community every school day.

04   beU Team

beU Montessori Preschool Team

At beU Montessori Preschool, our leadership team and teachers are the core elements that define the quality of education. The Board of Management consists of experienced educators and administrators with strong expertise in early childhood and Montessori education. They play a key role in strategic planning, supervision, and ensuring the effective implementation of the entire program.

Our teachers are carefully selected and undergo intensive training in the Montessori method, along with continuous professional development in teaching skills and experiential learning activities. As companions and guides, beU teachers focus on observation, empathy, and encouragement-helping children develop independence, creative thinking, and a natural love for learning in a safe, human-centered, and inspiring environment.

Internal Training & Team Development

beU places great emphasis on building a continuous internal training program to enhance pedagogical skills, update international educational trends, and foster soft skills for teachers. In addition, we encourage our team to participate in courses and professional seminars, thereby strengthening their capacity and nurturing a spirit of lifelong learning.

The goal of beU is not only to educate children but also to cultivate the growth and sustainable development of our entire team of teachers and school staff.
